Granting a certificate of good agricultural practices (GLOBAL G.A.P)

30 days (maximum) from the date of completing the process for granting the certificate

Location:

Organization Center- conformity Certificates directorate- Agro farming Certificates Division

Estimated Fee:

Payment of wages for the European retailers association.

(25) JDs as an allowance for obtaining a copy of the contract.

(50) JDs as an allowance for the individual conducting reports for the purposes of granting a certificate,

(100) JDs as wages of the auditor / inspector for each work day paid by the first party (certificate applicant), and also if the third party (conformity Certificates directorate) conducts an unexpected inspections of the farm.

(300) JDs for the costs of granting the certificate to farms that do not own or adopt a processing and packaging workshop and are applying for the certificate under the first option "Option 1" II and for each field.

(350) JDs for the costs of granting the certificate to farms that own or adopt a processing and packaging workshop and are applying for the certificate under the first option "Option 1" II and for each field.

(500) JDs for the costs of granting the certificate to the group of farms applying for the certificate under Option II and for each field.

(50) JDs In the event of the formation of a grievance committee, fees shall be paid to each member of the Committee in the event of rejection of the grievance. If the complaint is accepted, the organization shall pay the above amount.

(50) JDs for each additional copy of the certificate.

Conditions for obtaining service

1. The first party's commitment to meet the requirements of the GLOBAL GAP Standard, including control points and adjustment specifications.

2. The first party's commitment to pay all fees and costs incurred in the process of granting the certificate.

3. The validity of all data and information provided by the first party to the third party in order to obtain the certificate.

4. The first party's commitment to provide all necessary facilities to the third party to carry out the procedures of granting the certificate and provide him with all the information required at any time.

Procedures

• Fill out the application in the agricultural production certificates department.

• Signing the contract if the application is approved.

• A technical assessment is conduct on the product registered for the certificate, in accordance with the requirements of the good agricultural practices GLOBALGAP Standard

• Conducting the technical assessment and / or the quality system assessment for the group of producers registered to obtain the certificate in accordance with the requirements of the good agricultural practices GLOBALGAP Standard.

• Granting a certificate of good agricultural practices after payment of all required fees and wages, if the requirements are met.

• If there are any violations in the results of the technical assessment and / or the quality system assessment, a correctional period is agreed upon to shut down cases of nonconformity and ensure that they're shut down.
